The terms and conditions governing use of our website and professional services engagements.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging Truviar AI Consulting ("we", "our", "us") for any services. By booking a strategy session, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Truviar AI Consulting designs and operates AI-powered growth systems for professional services firms. Services include targeted outreach strategy, campaign design and execution, prospect qualification, pipeline management, CRM setup and reporting, and ongoing monthly optimisation.
Service delivery commences upon receipt of a signed agreement and cleared first payment. The target onboarding timeline to first booked appointments is 30 days, subject to timely provision of required information by the client.
Engagement fees are set out in the individual service agreement signed at onboarding. Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Exact payment terms, billing dates, and accepted payment methods are specified in the service agreement.
All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in the individual service agreement. Continued access to the service is conditional on timely payment.
We are committed to delivering measurable results and reporting transparently on performance. Specific performance targets, success metrics, and reporting frequency are agreed and documented in the individual service agreement at onboarding.
Performance commitments apply provided the client has fulfilled their obligations, including: responding to prospect replies promptly, attending scheduled conversations, and providing timely approvals on outreach copy and campaign materials.

All outreach sequences, campaign frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by Truviar AI Consulting remain our intellectual property. Campaign copy and prospect lists generated on the client's behalf are licensed to the client for use during the active engagement only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential business information — including client details, pricing, and proprietary processes — with discretion and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truviar AI Consulting's total liability to a client in any given month shall not exceed the retainer fee paid in that month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including but not limited to lost revenue or lost business opportunities.
We do not guarantee that outbound outreach will not be filtered as spam by recipient email providers or LinkedIn's algorithm, and are not liable for platform-level delivery failures outside our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid, unless otherwise stated in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued engagement with the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
